Wednesday, August 14, 4:30 – 7:30 pmOur menu will be: make your own sandwich (cold cuts & tuna salad, etc.), various side salads, rolls, chips, assorted cookies/bars, and juice/coffee
- 6-8 volunteers to make or purchase a salad to feed 8 people (pasta salad, cucumber salad, green salad, bean salad, fruit salad, etc.)
** Please note: if you use mushrooms in any recipe, please be sure to note it as one patron is severely allergic to mushrooms.
- 4-6 People – Starting at 4:00. This includes table and chair set-up, setting tables and serving stations.
- 8 People – Serving starts promptly at 6:00
- All hands on deck! Obviously the more people we have the quicker it goes. (we are typically finished by 7:15-7:30)
