FACING END OF LIFE WITH INTENTIONALITY

Preparing for the end of our lives, which happens who knows when, and the lives of others close to us, is a challenge. How will we live the final chapter or chapters of our lives? In this service we will consider some of the opportunities and difficulties.

Today, we donate half the plate to Rose Monahan Hospice Home.

This hospice home in Worcester is part of VNA Care, a large non-profit home care agency providing a variety of services to a wide geographic area. While many patients receive hospice care where they live, hospice care may also be in a short-term inpatient setting, such as Monahan, where one receives a personalized, comprehensive care plan tailored to the physical, emotional, social, practical, and spiritual needs of each patient.
