Thet always log in to the meeting at least 15 minutes prior to the start time, so join them for help getting your audio and video situated or just to chat.

They will also be happy to help orient you to using Zoom by setting up a one-on-one Zoom session where we can answer your questions and give you an opportunity to take plenty of time to try things out.
